Rentcycle, Inc. (“Rentcycle”) takes the private nature of your personal information very seriously. The overall purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to advise you of what type of personal information that Rentcycle collects about you as a result of your use of Rentcycle’s website, if any, and describe the limited purposes for which Rentcycle uses, processes, and shares such collected information. What information do we collect?
Customer Information
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or Zip code. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Rentcycle also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Rentcycle does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below. Please be aware that Rentcycle cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, including those to which we link or whose products or services we reference. Personally Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Rentcycle’s websites choose to interact with Rentcycle in ways that require Rentcycle to gather personally-identifying information. How do we protect your information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Security of Personally Identifying Information
Rentcycle has implemented appropriate security measures in order to protect your personally-identifying information, including but not limited to appropriate technical measures intended to protect your personally-identifying information from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure and alteration. In addition, if you have been provided with a password in order to access your account, certain forums, centers and/or communities at Rentcycle’s sites you are responsible for keeping that password confidential and you should not to reveal that password to any third party. Also, because of the open nature of the Internet, even though we take reasonable steps to protection your information, Rentcycle cannot guarantee the security of any information that you provide.
Do we use cookies?

Rentcycle uses cookies to help Rentcycle identify and track visitors, their usage of Rentcycle sites, and their website access preferences.
